“At my first Comic Con, some people didn’t come to my line because I’m black. Some people said, ‘I didn’t like you very much because you were mean to Eleven.’ To this day, some people don’t follow me and don’t support me because I’m black, “she said.

The actor also commented that he experiences racism when traveling to other countries and said it’s hard to talk about it with people who don’t understand.
