Writer Neil Gaiman, creator of “Sandman”, “Coraline” and “Belas Maldições”, has also joined the campaign of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
It manifested on Twitter this Saturday (29/10), initially responding to a fan’s appeal.
“Please help the Brazilian elections by tweeting: ‘Please leave your home to vote tomorrow, Brazil! Long live democracy!'”, The Internet user urged. Gaiman replied: “Absolutely. Brazilian people, please vote. You know who to vote for and you know who not to vote for.”
Another fan wanted a clearer stance: “Neil, please show your support for Lula.”
“Consider it given,” he replied.
He then added: “I may not understand, but having been aggressively trolled by racist and homophobic supporters of Bolsonaro here on Twitter for the past 18 months, I will gladly tell any voters reading this in Brazil that you don’t want to be. Of those … people. Don’t vote for him. “
The Brazilian presidential elections will be held this Sunday (30/10).

I may not understand this, but having been aggressively trolled by racist and homophobic supporters of Bolsonaro here on Twitter for the past 18 months, I will happily tell anyone who reads this in Brazil with a vote that you don’t want to be one of those people.
