In an interview with ‘Fantástico’, on TV Globo, 17-year-old Gabriel spoke fondly of his mother, who died on November 9
the son of the singer Gal Costa, Gabriel Costa, 17, spoke for the first time about his mother, who died last Wednesday, aged 9, in the city of São Paulo, at the age of 77. “My mother was a woman who revolutionized the whole world,” he said in an interview with Fantasticfrom TVGlobo.
The young man said he had no idea how much girl he was famous. Until the eve of the vigil, which was held at the Legislative Assembly of Sao Paulo (Alesp), on Friday 11, Gabriel did not understand why the ceremony would be public. He says that someone explained to him that the fans are also suffering and deserve some “of that farewell affection”. Seeing the displays of affection, he understood how much girl affected people’s lives. “I just had the vision that she’s my mother. I didn’t have the vision of her of her size of her of her singer of her. I only realized it when she woke up,” she said.
He also regretted not taking advantage of “my mother’s time here, I think I should have enjoyed it more,” he said when he reported that he enjoyed being alone, playing games or watching series, like any teenager, while Gal enjoyed the company of his wife Wilma, whom he calls godmother.
Different from Gal, does not intend to pursue an artistic career. “I don’t like to show off my life like my mother did.” The teenager, who intends to study business administration, also loves other musical genres. He’s a fan of funk and trap, but he’s got the album stratospheric (2015), by Gal, as her mother’s favorite ever made.
