The singer previously purchased a short hair wig, but didn’t identify with the look. “My thing is to be Rapunzel,” he joked.

One day the artist complained of a lump, the next day she decided to go to the doctor and was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Since then, she has been treating the disease at the Hospital do Coração, in São Paulo.
According to her doctors, Simony will undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy for the duration of her treatment. They state that she has a good chance of recovery if she follows the recommended guidelines. The singer’s tumor is already 50% smaller than it was in the beginning.
