In an interview with Village🇧🇷 Annita revealed that he wrote Involve🇧🇷 blow which topped the international charts in less than a day. She said that she is always very connected to work. “I don’t like to rest on my laurels,” she joked.
The singer said she doesn’t lose inspiration, she writes everything down and already thinks about which path to take in each song. “If I have an idea, I start putting it together and from there I start connecting with anyone who can help me make it happen,” she said.
The work has been busy for Anitta, who this year won the American Music Awards for Best ‘Latin Singer’ and was nominated for the ‘Revelation Artist’ category of the Grammys. “In the last 50 days I’ve done two or three full days of work. And I still have intense weeks ahead of me, I don’t want to go back to that level [de trabalho]”, he commented. “This has been a year of challenges, but also of victories and recognitions”.
Anitta also said she was more empathetic with herself and allowed herself more moments of relaxation. “During those years I ended up working for months without a single day off. But over time I learned to stop and get out of character,” she said.
