Comedian Filipe Pontes, who participated in “Zorra Total” and “Pânico na Band”, was arrested this Saturday (31/12) for assaulting his mother during an argument. The case took place in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, and the arrest took place in flagrante delicto.
He arrived at the police station drunk, slept and urinated on the floor. But he already passed a custody hearing and was released. The judge in the case established precautionary measures, forbidding him to come within 300 meters of his mother, who is 57 years old, as well as family members and witnesses of the attack.
This is already the comedian’s second problem with Justice this year, caused by alcohol consumption. She was indicted last March by the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police for culpable bodily harm in traffic. Drunk, he got into his car the wrong way, caused an accident and did not help the victims.
Pontes was part of the cast of “Zorra Total” in 2013 with the character Plim Plínio. After working on “Domingão do Faustão” and “Altas Horas”, he left Globo to join the “Legendários” team, on Record, where he imitated Sabrina Sato. In 2017 he went to do “Pânico na Band”.
In addition to his TV work, he has also performed stand-up.
