Too Hot To Handle stars Emily Miller and Cam Holmes have announced the birth of their twins, Arabella and Albie, on July 31, 2026. The couple confirmed their arrival on Thursday alongside a black and white photograph of their baby girl and boy.
"Welcome to the world, Arabella & Albie 31.07.2026," Miller and Holmes wrote in a joint post on Instagram. The pair, who met on the 2020 series of the reality show, already share a two-year-old son named Reggie.
The birth announcement comes after the couple shared news of their engagement last October.
Miller revealed Holmes proposed during a family holiday in Greece after five years together. "IT FINALLY HAPPENED," she wrote alongside photographs of the beachfront, sunset proposal.
First child and pregnancy journey
Miller and Holmes welcomed their first child, Reggie, in June 2024, two years after Miller suffered an ectopic pregnancy. Last June, Miller shared a post alongside several photographs describing her past trauma as she marked two years since the experience.
"It’s a bitter sweet feeling today which marks 2 years since my ectopic pregnancy," Miller wrote. "My due date is only a week away but I had always secretly thought how weird it would be if I gave birth on the exact day. But I’m now glad that wasn’t the case as they both deserve their special day."
An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilised egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in one of the fallopian tubes. The fallopian tubes connect the ovaries to the womb, and if an egg becomes stuck, it will not develop into a baby and can risk health if the pregnancy continues. It is not possible to save an ectopic pregnancy, which must be removed using medicine or an operation.
Family history and grandad tribute
Miller also shared details about her pet dog Twix and her family history. "I lost my little Twix [dog] a month before I found out I was pregnant which is ironic in itself because Twix hated babies and children and I always said I would never be able to have a child with Twixxy being my number 1 baby as it just wouldn’t work," she wrote.
"Fast forward a few months I then lost my wee Nan," Miller continued. "This too is ironic because the reason I got Twix was that he was my grandads dying wish for me."
"Expect he was supposed to be a white Siberian cat. Not a stray dog from Battersea…but that’s another story," Miller added. "Long story short- I always felt my grandads presence in Twix. My Nan and Twix had this incredible bond and I don’t know why but I just alwayssss knew that they would cross over at the same time."
"And would you believe it - as my Nan got sicker with Dementia and Twix got older neither of them were giving up until eventually it was only a few months apart when they both died," Miller wrote. "Anyway to cut to the point I’ve never been hugely into spirituality but I do feel like this has all been linked together and to top it off we are calling our son after my Grandad which Cam & I decided way before my nans death."
"It’s crazy how our mind and body recovers so quickly from trauma when it’s replaced with love and hope," she said.
