The man who broke into the property is named Christopher Anderson, is 39 years old and says he is a fan of the singer. Billie’s parents reportedly called the police at least five times due to the break-ins.

The singer had already received a temporary restraining order in January, but the final decision was granted on Thursday.

The measure says Anderson must stay at least 100 yards (91.4 meters) away from Billie, her family and the family home, as well as a ban on contacting her on any social networking site.
