Today, the Presnensky Court of Moscow ruled that the football player of the Khimki club near Moscow and the ex-player of the Russian national team Pavel Mamaev has the right to meet with his daughter at a strictly specified time – weekly on Wednesdays, as well as on even weekends and during the New Year holidays. At the same time, telephone communication is not regulated.
A period of adaptation communication between the child and the father has been established, the procedure for communication between the child and the father has been established (daily by phone, every even weekend of every month, every Wednesday, every winter New Year holidays), said Lela Kokaya, press secretary of the court, in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The girl will continue to live with her mother Alana Mamaeva and brother Alex. In the near future, the court should consider the claim for the division of jointly acquired property. Recall that about a month ago, the court ordered Pavel to pay a third of his income for the maintenance of an eight-year-old daughter until the age of majority. Allegedly, this decision did not suit either Pavel or his current wife Nadezhda, and at the end of April a regular meeting was held, as a result of which it was decided to reduce the amount to 1/6.

Alana Mamaeva filed for divorce in March 2021, as reported on the social network.
We are getting divorced! We get divorced peacefully and without scandals. I do not apply for the division of property, I do not ask for alimony, I allow you to see children at any time of the day or night. All according to mutual desire! Consider this an official statement! Lawyers are already working. I hope you don’t have any more questions, – Alana wrote. The main reason for the divorce, apparently, was the betrayal of Paul, in which his wife convicted him publicly.
At the end of April, Pavel and Alana got an official divorce. And then they wrote that the couple broke up peacefully, the now former spouses did not put forward property claims to each other and did not assign alimony either, the Mamaevs were going to raise the children who stayed with their mother together. But the athlete decided to move on – he stopped helping his ex-wife and communicating with his daughter. Therefore, it is not clear whether he needs such a court decision, issued today, or not.
In January of this year, he married again – Pavel signed with Nadezhda Sanko, who had previously been the best friend of his ex-wife. The athlete proposed to his lover a week before the New Year amid pregnancy rumors. Recently, the couple confirmed that they will soon become parents.
