17 happy years of marriage is it your personal merit or your joint work?

17 years! Can’t believe it myself! The years flew by like one day! Of course, there are ups and downs in a relationship, but I think the most important thing is it is to find your man and keep the fire in a relationship: show signs of attention, organize joint leisure and recreation, have heart-to-heart talks and, of course, laugh together more often. Any relationship is a joint work, but the work is very pleasant.

How are you building a bond with your daughter?

My daughter is already a teenager and, of course, at that age (she is 16 years old) it is already too late to educate. She has her own opinion on everything. But I believe that you need to do everything possible so as not to lose touch with your own child in adolescence. puberty this is not the easiest period in life, the child’s hormones play and mood jumps. The most important often tell him that you love him and support him in any situation. It seems to me that Ksenia and I successfully passed the crisis moments and now we are friends and we can always talk heart to heart.

Your Instagram subtly hints that you love travel…

Yes indeed travel my passion. You never come back from a trip the same way: you learn something new, meet new people, and sometimes even receive revelations. In general, the road this is the best teacher! I love to travel around Russia and around the world. To be honest, I lost count of how many countries I have already traveled, but I have already completed a couple of round-the-world trips.

How often do you have breaks in creativity? How are you making up this time? Are there secret hobbies?

It seems to me that a creative person has no breaks in creativity. Of course, purely technically, there are breaks between filming or performances, but I always fill the free time with communication with my family. I am also inspired by writing: I have been writing poetry and stories since childhood. And after studying at VGIK, I began to try my hand at dramaturgy. My friend, director Natasha Mishkina, and I wrote the script for the short film “Machine” a couple of years ago, shot it, received many prizes at festivals, we were even nominated as the best screenwriters at the Toronto Film Festival. And now we are working on one project, but I will not reveal all the secrets … I hope my hobby will grow into another profession.

If you were to direct a film from your own script, which director would you like to work with?

Of the young directors, I would love to collaborate with Klim Shipenko, Natalya Meshchaninova, Boris Khlebnikov, Evgeny Sangadzhiev, Ilya Aksenov. And from the masters, I would really like to work with Sergei Ursulyak, Alexei Sidorov and Nikolai Lebedev.

The last embarrassment that happened on the set?

Recently there was a funny situation on the set of the movie “Naughty”. I played the mother of Sasha Petrov. When Sasha and I were together in the frame, everyone suddenly said in unison that I looked too young for my mother. Then director Dmitry Suvorov decided that he would make an intrigue out of this for the second part of the film. Therefore, in the first part it is not revealed who I am for the hero Sasha mother or stepmother.

What about luck?

Well, I consider myself very lucky that I didn’t get strangled by a snake on the set of “Dads vs. Moms”: I had a stunt scene with it that we shot for half a day. And I also had to scream very loudly with a snake around my neck and I was very afraid that she would somehow react inadequately … But in the end everything worked out, and this scene turned out to be one of the funniest in the film, which viewers will see in cinemas already in February.

What’s your latest discovery?

I can call the Caucasus my last discovery! In the fall, I had a project that we filmed in the most beautiful places in Kabardino-Balkaria (note the film “Krovnik” by Andzor Emkuzhev). This is a regional cinema, and I believe that artists from the capital, of course, should support regional filmmakers. So, for me, the real discovery was how warm and sincere people live in the Caucasus, because before that I had a certain stereotype that the people there are very harsh, women are under oppression, they must walk in closed clothes, and they don’t understand jokes there . And I saw very friendly people with a wonderful sense of humor and felt real Caucasian hospitality. And there are a lot of talented people in the Caucasus, and I am very glad that they strive to make their own original films, because it is incredibly colorful there.

beauty it is a collection of many states. What molecules and patterns are yours made of?

If we are talking about physical beauty, then I believe that cosmetic procedures and sports alone are not enough here. Internal health is very important, so every year I definitely go to some wonderful sanatorium, where I go through a full check-up and do various procedures. For example, for vivacity and energy in a medical center in Karelia, I make droppers, in Altai I starve, and in the Moscow region I tried an Epsom salt cleanse. The balance in the body is very important and it is, first of all, responsible for beauty. And beauty is made up of what you are filled with: from books, films, music and people with whom you communicate. Indeed, beauty consists of many molecules.

Your reading of the phrase “beauty will save the world”.

This phrase is self-sufficient in itself, but I would rephrase it: “Humor and a sober attitude towards yourself will save the world.” After all, only when we adequately perceive ourselves, we can build an adequate reality around.
