Prince William and Kate Middleton have taken a break from their royal duties for a social event. The couple attended the 76th BAFTA Awards on Sunday — the British equivalent of the Oscars. They were accompanied on the red carpet by Cate Blanchett, Anya Taylor-Joy, Brendan Fraser and other movie stars.
Kate broke the royal dress code by entering the awards in a snow-white Alexander McQueen flying dress with an open shoulder. She already wore this outfit to the 2019 ceremony. This time, the princess completed the look with black Cornelia James velvet gloves and a matching Jimmy Choo clutch, as well as gold Aquazzura pumps and gold-plated Zara flower-shaped earrings, costing only $27 (just over 1,500 rubles). William also posed for photographers in an evening velvet suit.

By the way, on the red carpet, the paparazzi managed to capture a rare moment of the Welsh feelings in public. You can watch the video of Kate playfully spanking William in our Telegram channel.
Note that Kate and William visited the film event not by chance. The Prince of Wales is President of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
The couple was forced to miss last year’s BAFTA ceremony due to a busy work schedule. And a year earlier, William pulled out amid the death of Prince Philip.
