Ana Paula Renault discusses with deputy Nikolas Ferreira during the flight

Journalist and former BBB took a plane trip with federal deputy, who gave a transphobic speech

The former BBB Anne Paula Renault shared on social media a discussion he had with the federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira this Friday the 10th. She sat next to the deputy throughout the flight and used social networks to express her indignation after the deputy made a transphobic speech in the Chamber of Deputies on the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated on Wednesday 8.

In the video, Ana Paula begins to film herself, inside the plane, and says: “It seems like an irony of fate. Look who is sitting next to me right now, right now. Nikolas, I asked you if you will continue to commit crimes in plenary,” he said.

Nicholas spoke of the aggression practiced by Ana Paula which led to the expulsion of the participant of Big Brother Brasil. “I’m not talking about my participation in Big Brother. I’m talking about your parliamentary decorum which was broken in full plenary in the House. You know you could have been arrested, right? Arrested and it’s an offense without bail, transphobia. And decorum too, you know. And your impeachment, your other trials. You unmasked a 14-year-old girl, a student at a school in Belo Horizonte,” she replied.

the deputy recalls article 53 of the Constitution, which establishes that deputies and senators are inviolable, civilly and criminally, for their every opinion, word and vote, and that they will be subjected to trial before the Federal Supreme Court. Members of the National Congress may not be arrested, except in the act of committing a felony without bail.

“You’re a liar,” Nikolas snapped. “I’m not lying. You’ve violated decency, now you’re facing an impeachment trial. It’s not an irony of fate. Yesterday I was releasing a list for them to sign. People, everyone, are going to sign. He said he’d keep talking , says he said it was an opinion”, concluded Ana Paula.

The deputy did not comment on the episode. On the journalist’s social networks, he released a petition asking for the impeachment of Nikolas Ferreira. On Twitter, users shared the video of the discussion and praised Ana Paula’s attitude.

transphobic speech

On International Women’s Day, MP Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) used the Chamber rostrum to preach against feminism. Wearing a blonde wig, you introduced yourself as “Mrs Nikole” to make fun of the women’s rights movement and advocate that women regain their womanhood by having children and getting married. The deputy’s speech caused embarrassment in the session which, due to the special date, is chaired by deputy Maria do Rosário (PT-RS).

“Today, International Women’s Day, the left said I couldn’t speak because I wasn’t in my place to speak, so I solved this problem here. Today I feel like a woman, Deputy Nikole,” she said, putting a wig on his head blonde.

During a speech in the gallery, the deputy from Minas Gerais said that feminism “exalts women who have done nothing for women”. The deputy defended that women have another posture.

“Women, take back your femininity, have children, love motherhood. Form your family, because this way you will bring light to the world and you will certainly be a valiant woman, ”she said. Nikolas said women’s place is stolen by men who feel like women.

At the end of the speech, Maria do Rosário avoided mentioning Nikolas by name and asked her colleagues for a “respectful session” due to the special appointment for women.
