Lima Duarte gives financial assistance to the invested woman

Actor Lima Duarte provided financial assistance to motorcyclist Simone Regina de Abreu Nunes, 37, who ran over earlier this month in São Paulo. According to the doctors, she will need to be treated for about five months.

The actor cashed in on the costs of a hospital bed, a wheelchair and offered a social worker to help her. According to information from SBT’s Fofocalizando program, Simone underwent the latest procedure to place nails in her pelvis and femur, which she fractured in the March 3 crash.

Lima even donated R $ 1,000 to the biker to cover the costs of the drugs.

After the accident, the artist made it clear that he had helped the victim at the time of the crash and also declared that his driving license is valid and that he is in compliance with all the tests required by law.

“I reiterate my commitment to traffic safety and my willingness to collaborate with the authorities to clarify all the facts related to the accident,” wrote the actor on his social networks.

According to Simone’s story, Lima would have overtaken a bus and would not have noticed that she was next to him on the motorbike. The woman said that witnesses shouted to warn the artist that the rear view mirror of her car was stuck in the handlebar of the motorcycle, but Simone ended up being run over and dragged a few meters.

Even with Simone blaming him for what happened, Lima went so far as to say he bore no responsibility for the crash and advised he was willing to cooperate with authorities. Apparently, the actor changed his position after the biker gave an interview to journalist Fábia Oliveira asking for financial assistance for his recovery.
