Charlene joins her father
In a full reunion, Charlene and Louis mutually decide to protect their relationship from those around them, especially as the election approaches. Charlene wonders how Enzo’s secret is connected to his father. Louis then tries to make sure his girlfriend doesn’t betray him to Emmanuel. Charlene promises him that she loves him more.
Meanwhile, Rose and Clotilda comfort Enzo, telling him that Louis will not reveal his secret. Once alone with her sister, Clotilde expresses her fears about the institute’s future with Louis as principal. But Rose remains positive.
At the atelier, Teissier plans to have the students, all stocked together, work on a chocolate creation to celebrate Double A at Easter. Antoine suspects his colleague of looking good with the election coming up.
In turn, Clotilda surprises Louis and Charlene at the Economat. While the young girl is about to join her father, Clotilda approaches her half-brother. He especially hopes that he did not talk about the secrets of the circle with his girlfriend, because he suspects that the latter threw everything at Teysier. Indeed, for Clotilde, Louis could never be a match for Emmanuel in Charlene’s life. But Louis doesn’t want to hear anything. He trusts the woman he loves.
At the studio, Teissier offers Charlene a chocolate sculpture to decorate the double for Easter. He takes the opportunity to apologize to her for his behavior the previous day. She admits she puts a lot of pressure on her children, but she doesn’t need to cheat to be able to because she’s naturally gifted. Father and daughter reconciled.
Later, Charlene works in the studio before class. He finds Enzo there and is directly confronted with his secret. She promises not to repeat this to anyone and is just trying to find out how her father is related to her. But Enzo confirms that Tessier has nothing to fear and that it’s best we never talk about this story again.
Charlene then confides in Louis and is hesitant to discuss Enzo’s secret with her father. Louis realizes that Clotilde was right. Annoyed, she criticizes her boyfriend for putting her father first.
Charlene goes home to talk to her father. He tells her that the last secret is more or less about him. Tessier immediately realizes that Louis is a whistleblower and sets out to take revenge. But Charlene blackmails him: either she tells Enzo the secret and he leaves Louis all this, or she breaks up with him forever…
The women’s brigade is successful
It is pointed out that the girls congregate in the Double A kitchens. They remember the main thing: to please the customer, no matter how much. Everyone agrees that Amber leads the pack. It divides positions and relies on mutual aid.
At full service, the girls realize that the room is packed. Amber has a heat stroke, but thanks to her teammates, she manages to come back. At the end of the service, the girls congratulate each other. Rose even arrives with champagne to celebrate their achievement.
Later, at Institute Park, Theo comes to congratulate the girls. He tells them he was in the room and everything was delicious. However, he considers Double A to be an applied restaurant, not an experimental laboratory. The experience of the 100% female brigade is over for him. Ambre is the only one who shouldn’t be disappointed.
Axel and Solal go to rehabilitation
The students eventually got their laptops back. This is a real relief. Solal admits that he felt very bad. Axel realizes that he suffers from cell phone addiction like all his classmates. It offers Solal a 24-hour detox treatment. Ready for the challenge, the two boys entrust their laptops to David.
During lunch, Axel and Solal are feeling bored. Axel regrets his idea and goes to get the phone. But Solal encourages her to continue breastfeeding. He suggests getting fully involved in the work to forget the lack.
In the studio, Axel and Solal are working on Listrak’s vegan curry. The latter goes to see them and takes the opportunity to taste their dish. He wishes them good luck. Axel and Solal are more than proud that they prepared this recipe without the help of the Internet.
Before Chef Guinot’s class, Axel and Solal make fun of their classmates, all glued to their phones. But they’re less amused when they find out that everyone else got the pop quiz notification from the teacher except them.
