For this, she relies on reports and questions from followers, media cases and routines from known people. “The suggestions that are not in my area of ​​coexistence, I really try to discover them, I do research, I ask other women who experience such a reality and I collect all this to be able to talk about it,” she explains.

When she was younger, the girl from Minas Gerais did it hapkido, a type of martial art, and she believes the practice also drives her into the subject. To improve her knowledge about her, she is taking a course on personal safety, as well as monitoring content from professionals in the area. Soon, Ju’s idea is to specialize in women’s advocacy.

I feel a little sad at times,” she says.

Ju also reports that she has already faced threats for sharing certain situations, especially in videos reacting to them. “There are people who go into politics and threaten me, insult me…”, she says.

Another major challenge for the digital influencer is the pressure to frequently address issues related to violence against women, often with reports and evidence in pictures submitted by her followers. According to her, “there are certain things that are triggers” and “cause anxiety and different feelings.” So while it upsets me that I can’t follow them all, I understand the importance of filtering topics.

“There are situations where I have to stop and think how far I can help, when that person needs deeper help, like a police station, for example. I have to know how to guide the woman to seek this help,” she reflects. .
