Actor Carlos Eduardo Moliterno, known as Kadu Moliterno, filed an employment lawsuit against Rede Globo, seeking recognition of the employment relationship while working at the station contracted as a Legal Person (PJ), without a formal contract. The information has been confirmed to Earth by the Regional Labor Court of the I Region.
“The order issued by the 3rd Labor Court of Rio de Janeiro has forwarded the documents to the Judicial Center for Consensus Dispute Resolution Methods – CEJUSC-JT for mediation between the parties to be carried out before the stabilization of the dispute”, informed by means of a note the TRT1.
Kadu Moliterno was fired from Globo in 2015 and four months later started working at competitor Record. The artist, remembered for great successes such as the “Armação Ilimitada” series and the second version of “Anjo Mau”, has been absent from TV since the end of the telenovela Topíssima (2019), by Record.
OR Earth has applied to Rede Globo for a position, but has not received any response until the last update of this report.
