A few months ago, The Avengers star Jeremy Renner gave fans a big scare. On New Year’s holidays, the actor fell under the tracks of a snowplow in his own area. Recently, in an interview with ABC News, Renner admitted that he did not hope to survive, and therefore left farewell notes on his phone.

I wrote down notes on my phone – farewell words to my family, – the actor said with tears in his eyes.

According to Renner, he thought that these messages would be the last time he confesses his feelings to his family. Luckily, the actor was rushed to the hospital by helicopter and had a successful major operation. He received severe injuries: bone fractures and ruptures of several organs.

If I were alone, I would probably die. But I was with my nephew Alex. I was dying, but I chose to live. I lost a lot of blood, but I had love and support, Jeremy added.

Now Renner is actively recovering and learning to walk again with the help of an anti-gravity treadmill. However, he is not going to return to acting. As Jeremy himself recently admitted, a career is no longer a priority for him.

Note that the 52nd anniversary, however, like the New Year, he celebrated in a hospital bed in the intensive care unit. Despite the serious condition, the actor several times got in touch with subscribers on social networks.
