According to the TechTudo portal, the owners of the app claim in their announcements that InstaMoney is licensed by the Meta network, the same network as Facebook and Instagram, however, the information was denied by Meta, in a statement to TechTudo.
On the Reclame Aqui website, InstaMoney has more than 2,000 complaints, more than half of which are about false advertising. The Key Alves name is also mentioned in some complaints.
