Last Sunday, April 9, the long-awaited show “Russian Seasons” by Evgeni Plushenko and Yana Rudkovskaya, which combined figure skating and ballet, took place at the VTB Arena stadium in Moscow. The creators of the project call his tribute to Sergei Diaghilev and his concerts in Paris. And the uniqueness of the show is added withstrong and complex jumps, bright numbers to classical music, spectacular tricks, including those on special stilted skates, and spectacular costumes.
In addition to the famous figure skater Evgeni Plushenko, Yana Rudkovskaya also came out on the ice that evening, who spoke with all her love about her project with Evgeny and the participants in the show. The performance was opened by young ballerinas and the younger generation of figure skaters from Evgeni Plushenko’s school. Then adult artists joined the show: for ballet numbers in the show were answered by the dance school Galina Ballerina, Armida and other academies and their talented students.

The grandiose action was full of surprises. For example, within its framework, a presentation of a 14-minute fragment of the Little Mermaid show was held, which viewers will see in December. And the most touching moment was the joint performance of Evgeni Plushenko and his son Alexander to Philip Kirkorov’s song “If you leave.”
The event gathered thousands of spectators and a considerable number of star guests, among whom were Yulianna Karaulova, Marina Ermoshkina, Tatyana Tarasova and many others.
