The Brickell area is also notable for its skyscrapers, some of which combine residential areas with offices. The houses located in the neighborhood are of high purchasing power.

According to Informalia, Pique wants a “wide, bright space, with minimal spaces and common areas.” The latter, considering the privacy of minors.
