He celebrated the comeback and a “new phase” in a post on Instagram and a video about Youtube. The influencer revealed that, during the break, he fulfilled his dream of buying a house.
“If you ask me if it was worth it, my answer is simple: if today I feel much lighter, serene, present and at peace, it is a sign that it was worth more than everything,” he wrote in the Instagram post.
On YouTube, Boca Rosa explained more about the period, stating that they are “very happy”. The influencer claimed that he actually went a month without entering any social networks, which is only possible with the help of his team.
“I have the privilege of leaving recorded content and we have this whole scheduling thing,” commented Bianca, who explained that her followers haven’t run out of content all month.
Boca Rosa said the decision came primarily for the influencer to focus on health, but that the team thought about marketing strategies to highlight their brands during the period.
He divided the weeks into topics and called the first “off week”. “I spent a week basically sleeping and eating a lot,” she joked.
The second week, according to the influencer, was the “stress week”. “I started tapering off the meds [do pós-operatório] and the pain began to increase. […] I started to get very stressed and went four days without eating,” said Bianca, who revealed that she felt guilty and had anxiety attacks.
Then, Boca Rosa defined the third week as the “week of realization”, since it was the period in which the influencer moved. “It’s been a week that I’ve celebrated and I’ve been very grateful for it,” he said.
The fourth week, according to her, was the “week of reflection”. “I’m reflecting on what Bianca I met,” said the influencer, who said that her experience allowed her to “learn to live in the present moment.”
