Raphy Pina started the 41-month sentence prison (3 years and 5 months) and spent his first night in prison after being convicted and handed over to bailiffs in Puerto Rico this afternoon, May 24th.
In the morning, the judge read the sentence while Natti Natasha cried and hugged her father of Vida Isabelle’s daughtera year, knowing he would have to go to jail.

The producer, accused and convicted of the crime of illegal possession of firearms, had to delivery at 3 p.m.local time, in San Juan Federal Court.
So he did. He was wearing a T-shirt and a black sweatshirt: “I have no tears”he said before being taken to federal prison by bailiffs, according to statements compiled by the newspaper El Nuevo Día.
” I said goodbye to the girl (Vida Isabelle). “I ate a sandwich and took the sugar pills,” the 43-year-old creative man managed to say as they accompanied him.
In the morning, he was given the opportunity to go home to say goodbye to their children and Nati Natasha and return to the court to surrender voluntarily at the time required by the judge.

The Dominican singer came with him to his sheriff’s office in the Federal Court to say goodbye and accompany him before he was taken to prison.
“Supporting this Champion”, he said, according to the Puerto Rican newspaper Chronicle. The 35-year-old artist was wearing jeans, a long-sleeved black blouse, dark sneakers, sunglasses and her hair was loose.
Nati Natasha arrived at the Court premises along with Rafi Pina’s three eldest children: Mia (17 years old) and Rafael (16), who they had with Eileen Michell Pagan? and Antonio (14), “Chingui”, who developed with Wanda Monge.
Last Sunday, May 22, the family experienced what would be their last family reunion in Vida Isabelle’s birthday party in which the producer was able to watch for 5 hours thanks to permission given by the judge.
While the creator went to the Court premises, he posted what his latest messages would be on Instagram. All under a black background.
“I’m on my way to surrender”, “I said goodbye to my loved ones”, Do not trust anyone “People are bothered by the happiness of others,” “Justice wants to make me a fucking criminal,” and “I will show them once again how wrong they were!”
Once you have served your sentence in prison, Raphy Pina will have 3 years of probation. The judge also imposed a fine of 150 thousand dollars.
Pine was found guilty from December 2021 for illegal possession of weapons. Given that he already had a criminal record for bank fraud in 2015, his conviction did not allow him to bear arms.
