Prince Louis’ funny gestures were once again the focus of everyone who attended the coronation ceremony of King Charles III on the morning of May 6 at Westminster Abbey, and later the royal family’s traditional greeting from the Buckingham balcony Palace.
The youngest of three children of Kate and William, Princes of Wales, arrived at the church to watch his grandfather’s coronation despite rumors he would stay at home after 2022, during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Elizabeth II, the natural anxiety of her age made the rounds of the world.
Louis, 5, starred in all manner of gestures from the carriage window in which he traveled with his siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince George from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey.
Upon arrival, the youngest walked arm-in-arm with his sister, Charlotte, along with his parents, Kate and William, while his older brother pretended to be one of the eight pages of honor for his grandfather’s coronation.
Inside and outside the church, the prince did his own yawns repeatedly, of course, the images immediately made the rounds on the Internet, where many, who got up early to witness the historic moment, felt identified.
According to Page Six, the royal family took their precautions and on this occasion were accompanied by a nanny, who was apparently tasked with looking after Louis for a few minutes after the little boy was briefly absent from the ceremony, at which he reappeared in spite of the opportune moment when they unanimously exclaimed “God save the king!” when King Charles III finally received the crown.
Louis’ restless personality was once again in the spotlight during the royal family’s traditional greeting on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, where he jumped from side to side, swaying in his own way, gesturing and trying at any moment to speak to the eldest of his brothers, George, who was in the rank of pages of honor next to his grandfather, the king.
Vanity Fair reported, days before the coronation, that “the Princes of Wales will make a decision about Louis’ presence at a later date” because of the natural concern that his age could cause such serious acts. However, Louis is back to conquer the networks with his fun personality.
