Los Parras singer Carlos Parra has died Saturday, May 6 at the age of 26 in a car accident, reported on social media.
Without giving further details, the group’s official Instagram account, hailing from Phoenix, ArizonaUnited States, confirmed the sad news and said the last goodbye to the singer.
“To all friends, family, fans of the group…it is with a broken heart that we want to inform you that yesterday we had a car accident where our brother, Carlos Parra, lost his life. RIP bro we love you,” they wrote.
Along with a verse from their famous song “Por verte feliz”, the group dedicated a message to their followers, stressing that Carlos Parra will always live in their hearts.
“To see you happy I’d give anything, so don’t cry my departure, if God called me into his arms. A true brother has no age, time or distance… he keeps forever in the heart,” they said.
Fans and members of the Mexican regional like Eduin Caz, from Grupo Firme, regretted the news, expressed their condolences and said goodbye to Carlos Parra with touching messages: “God rest his soul, I send you a hug and a lot of strength. I’m so sorry.”
So far, no further details have been released about the tragic accident. However, Chamonic’s Instagram account said Cesar, Carlos’ twin, and Christian, another of the brothers, are still in hospital.

Carlos Parra, along with his brothers César and Christian, formed the promising local Mexican band, Los Parras.
Carlos, 26, was the main voice of the band and also began a career as an influencer, because through social networks he shared details about his travels and life as a couple with content creator Lilian Griego.
