Kevin Spacey has been charged with sexually assaulting three men. This was announced today, May 26, by Variety, citing the decision of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) of the United Kingdom. The department has been considering the materials in the case for more than a year. It is known that the charge was brought on four counts of sexual assault and one count of “forcing a person to perform sexual acts with penetration without consent.” The evidence on which the criminal case was opened was collected by the police during the investigation.
Kevin Spacey was first accused of sexual misconduct in 2017. The actor claimed that Spacey molested him when he was 14 years old in 1986. There was another applicant, but he refused to disclose his identity, which is why the case was then closed for lack of evidence.
