Everything new is well forgotten old. And the new appearance of Natalie Portman on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival is just a confirmation of this. Last night, the actress, along with colleagues, Julianne Moore, Cory Michael Smith, Charles Melton and director Todd Haynes, presented the film “May, December.” The tape, based on the true story of Kay Letourneau, who was taken into custody in 1997 for the rape of a child, a 13-year-old student, claims to be the main award of the film review.

On the day of the show, it was raining in Canna, so the event had to be adjusted. On the red carpet, stretched out at the Grand Lmier theater, the entire film crew appeared after the show. For the gala evening, 41-year-old Portman, who again demonstrates an excellent sense of style during the film festival, chose an unusual dress. The full skirt outfit is a replica of a vintage Junon dress designed by Christian Dior in 1949. The original outfit is now one of the exhibits of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
