In the inheritance hearing, the lawyer asks whether Gugu and the widow had sex

“Rose says they lived in a family as husband and wife. Did they have sex?”

Rose replied that yes, they had sex. But not satisfied, the lawyer insisted: “How many times in 20 years [em que viveram sob o mesmo teto]?”.

Also according to the column, the insistence caused some confusion during the hearing. Rose’s attorney, Nelson Wilians, said the question was “inappropriate”. To justify the inappropriateness, Wilians asked if Dilermando had sexual relations with his wife, Angela, who was in court.

Despite the uproar, Rose demanded answers: “We stayed together when we felt like it,” she said.
