Prince William and Kate Middleton flew to Jordan for a special occasion. They visited the Middle Eastern state in order to get to the wedding of Crown Prince Hussein, the son of Queen Rania, and Rajwa Al-Saif. According to HELLO!, the celebration will take place today, June 1.
Buckingham Palace has not confirmed that members of the British royal family will attend the wedding. That is why the arrival of Kate Middleton and Prince William for the wedding of Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al-Saif came as a surprise. The couple arrived in Jordan without their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
This is the first major international event involving members of other royal families that Prince William and Kate Middleton are attending this year. Other royal guests have also already arrived in Jordan. Among them are Queen Maxima of the Netherlands and her daughter, Princess Katarina, Princess Hisako and Princess Tsuguko of Japan, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.

Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al-Saif will marry in an Islamic marriage ceremony in the gardens of the Zahran Palace in Amman. The wedding will be attended by about 140 guests.
Earlier, 41-year-old Kate Middleton visited the Foundling Museum in Brunswick Square in London. There is an important foundling hospital collection, opened in 2004. The organization has been known since the middle of the 18th century and is considered the first charitable organization in Great Britain. During the visit, Kate met with museum staff and interns, as well as a small group of foster parents.
