The Bolsonaro government has invested nearly half a million reais in a campaign for digital influencers, such as Andressa Suita and Thaís Fersoza, to be posted on their social networks. Thanks to the information obtained from Metrópoles, we discovered other bloggers paid with federal government funds.




Mari Maria, Niina Secrets, Andresa Suite and more influencers have been paid by the Bolsonaro government to promote a targeted campaign via Instagram posts fight violence against women. According to information released by the Metrópoles portal, last Thursday (15), the former president’s team paid out almost half a million reais to hire bloggers.

The ten influencers who accepted the assignment published a total of 55 stories on their official profiles for the campaign developed in November 2019. The rubric found the names of the bloggers, the amounts each received and the number of publications they made since LAI (Law on Access to Information).

Bolsonaro’s paid influencers didn’t save Instagram posts

The Secretariat for Social Communication (Secom) said that 48 stories are no longer active on the profiles of the influencers who participated in the campaign. The only one who kept publications in the profile was Nina Secrets.

How many influencers did Bolsonaro’s Instagram campaign get?

In general, the bloggers received between 5 and 92 thousand reais for their work. Mariana Felicio won BRL 5,952.40 publish seven short stories; Juliana must be received BRL 18,750 for the same number of stories; Nina Secretes has been dating BRL 35,000, doing the same job; and Shantal Verdelho delivered BRL 28,600 from the seven stories.
