Gugu’s legacy with a new twist? Look at the photo of the man who claims to be the presenter’s son

A 48-year-old man filed a paternity claim in court; Gugu’s daughters can cooperate with a DNA test. Find out more details!

The soap opera that has become the sharing of assets of Gugu Liberated gets a new and unexpected chapter one day after the decision of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) to validate the will he signed in 2011. According to the website of journalist Leo Dias, a man named Ricardo Rocha, 48, allegedly went to court to be recognized as the son of the presenter.

In the action, Ricardo claims that his mother had an on-and-off relationship with Gugu between 1973 and 1974. She was a maid and he worked in a real estate office. The two were in a bakery in the region where they worked and were in a relationship. At that time, the future presenter was only 14 years old.

The girl became pregnant and did not find Gugu to inform him of the paternity, thus the baby was born without his name on the birth certificate. Ricardo was informed by his mother years later that his father was the already famous presenter. However, he decided not to pursue after taking the test. He just sought justice after the communicator’s death, in 2019.

This Wednesday (21), Leo Dias announced, through from the program “Fofocalizando”, on SBT, a photo of Ricardo. On the web many people have not found the boy similar to the presenter. “The alleged son looks like an older brother,” said one “twitterer.” “The whites of the eyes are identical,” joked another netizen. GUGU’S DAUGHTER CAN COLLABORATE IN THE DNA TEST

The lawyer representing Gugu’s daughters Marina and Sofia revealed to UOL’s Splash that the young women could work together to prove that Ricardo is also the presenter’s heir. “In principle, there is no reason for their clients to refuse to cooperate with a request for a DNA test to be performed, if it is relevant under the law,” Nelson Williams’ team said.

In an interview with columnist Mônica Bergamo, from Folha de S. Paulo, the lawyer for the heirs reiterated that proof of paternity would result in the annulment of the 2011 will, which could also benefit Rose Miriam, who continues in court for the recognition of the stable union with the presenter.
