According to Britney’s team, the assault knocked the singer’s glasses off the ground and nearly knocked her off the impact. The report states that the incident occurred in the vicinity of the Aria Hotel at around 8.30pm (local time) when Britney went to her Catch restaurant for dinner with her husband, Sam Asghari, and two other people.

The player didn’t recognize Britney Spears
Despite the situation involving Wembanyama, the player revealed that he didn’t recognize the singer and let the security guard remove her as a safety measure. “I’ve never seen her face,” he told the press. “There was someone calling me but security told me I couldn’t stop because she would attract a crowd.”
“This person grabbed me from behind. I didn’t see what happened because I was walking in a straight line and I didn’t stop and this person grabbed me from behind so I let the security take them away. But I don’t know how much it is difficult,” he continued. “The security guard took it away and I didn’t stop and watch. I just kept walking and enjoyed a nice dinner.”
She further explained that she only knew the person in question was Britney Spears moments after the incident. “Obviously I saw the news, I woke up to some phone calls. Something happened as I was entering the restaurant with the security team. We were in the corridor. There were a lot of people,” she revealed.
“When I got back to the hotel, I didn’t forget about it, but I thought it was no big deal. And then [me disseram] that was Britney Spears. At first I thought: ‘No, you’re kidding!’ But yeah, she happened to be Britney Spears.”
