Larissa Manoela’s parents sell another villa without their daughter’s knowledge

In the midst of a family dispute, after breaking up with her parents due to their abusive control of her money, actress Larissa Manoela was surprised to discover that another property was being sold without her knowledge. According to the F5 website, a villa worth R $ 10 million, located in the Novo Leblon condominium, in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, was put up for sale by her parents at least three months ago.

The property, which belonged to the Trelissa holding, of which Larissa and her parents, Silvana Taques and Gilberto Elias were partners, is linked to a series of misunderstandings and legal disputes that have recently emerged.

Situated in the center of a 2,000 m2 plot of land, the villa has 900 m2 of construction, distributed over three floors. With five suites, office, living and dining rooms, pantry, kitchen, four bathrooms, cellar, games room, swimming pool, sauna and an outbuilding for employees, the property would be announced starting in May, when the actress announced that she would go about minding her own business.

The couple ask for R$10 million in cash and agree to negotiate, having paid R$8 million for the property early last year.

Connection to Orlando villa

The purchase was made with part of the proceeds from the sale of a villa in Orlando, USA, in 2021, negotiated by Silvana and Gilberto for US$1.1 million (approximately R$5.2 million, at current prices) , even without Larissa’s knowledge. .

In July it was reported that Silvana would have sold the millionaire villa without the consent of her daughter, information that has generated many repercussions and has been denied by the parents of the actress. In a statement, they said the house was sold by mutual consent and the value was canceled into a property and land in Barra da Tijuca. “Absolutely everything documented, allied and decided together by the three of us, the real members of our family,” they wrote in an open letter to the “Fofocalizando” program, on SBT.

Thus, the money from the mansion sold without Larissa’s knowledge financed another mansion, which was also sold without communication to her daughter by her parents.

Financial abuse and breakup

After accusing her parents of abusive management of her career and assets, she broke up with her relatives. He announced in an interview with “Fantástico”, broadcast last Sunday (13/8), that he had decided to give up all his assets, valued at R$ 18 million, due to situations like these, with the aim of break the financial partnership with her parents.
