Video: ‘I’m sad, but not because they offend me; Rafa Justus vents after receiving criticism

I feel sad, not because they are offending me, but sad for the people. Because of so much gratuitous hatred that people vent on others to feel superior. It makes me really sad to see how many unloved people there are,” she added in a TikTok video.

“I saw some comments that remind me of very bad things from the past. But I have a very good head to deal with these situations […] I decided to also make this video because I know that it’s not just me who experiences this situation, I know that there are many people and that [isso] It’s a consequence of being in the media.”

To deal with criticism, Rafa says he tries to imagine what the situation would be like outside the internet: “It’s one thing to talk on the internet, spewing hate online, belittling others. It’s another thing in real life, when you’re face to face with the person. I’m sure it would be very different.”
