Rapper transforms Espaço Unimed into a spectacle of emotion, dance and power — with sound, light and narrative worthy of its name

Last Saturday, 25th, Veigh kicked off his first solo tour, the EVOM Tourand showed why he is one of the main names in Brazilian trap. In front of a sold-out audience at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, the artist proved that he continues to “beat the world”. With a two-hour show, the artist delivered almost 30 songs, established hits, his favorite tracks, reinvented versions, piano performances, group performances and much more.

The show showed the evolution of Veigh as a performer. Accompanied by a grandiose scenic structure and lighting worthy of large arenas, the rapper presented new readings of tracks such as “New Balance”, “Taylor”, “Monaco Freestyle” and “Chic Life”now with full-bodied arrangements, guitar solos and effects that give a pop dimension to the beats. The live sound takes on a different texture — less digital, more physical — and the audience responded to each track like someone rediscovering a reformulated classic.

Another highlight of the night was the reveal of a new Veighthe pianist. In the middle of the show, the rapper sat down at the piano to play “Forgive Me for Being a Star”displaying a more melodic and experimental side. The scene — low lighting, clean voice — showed an artist willing to step out of his comfort zone and broaden the horizons of a genre that historically has little explored this type of delicacy.

THE EVOM Tour He also gets it right by opting for a complete visual proposal. With our own dancers, original choreography, on-screen visuals and meticulously planned stage transitions, Veigh transforms the show into an audiovisual experience. The lights follow the dynamics of the songs — cold and intense in the introspective tracks, red and stroboscopic in the explosive moments.

Furthermore, the house almost collapsed when members of the record company Supernova Ent: Ghard, GA, Niink and Nagalli took the stage — after the opening performances — to sing “The Nova Boys”. Along with them, the rapper Kyan appeared in “Thug Way”and MC PH in “Ballena”incensing the public even more. The short appearances left people wanting more and showed that a tour by the group would be more than welcome.

The debut of EVOM Tour Sounds like a rite of passage. Veigh evolves from the artist who translated everyday life on the outskirts into verse to the performer who dominates big stages without losing the bond with his own essence. He proves that Brazilian trap can be spectacle without losing density, it can be pop without being diluted. If “beating the world” was the metaphor that led him here, this Saturday in São Paulo, the singer showed that the next step is to continue conquering — no longer the world outside, but the space that he himself has opened up within Brazilian music.
