Meghan Markle and Prince Harry share first portrait of Lilibet’s daughter Diana

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter turned one on June 4th. Unlike other heirs of the royal family, the portrait of the baby did not appear on the same day, but only on the night of the 6th to the 7th. The first official solo picture of the girl was published by British photographer Misan Harriman – he, by the way, took the very photo with which the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their second pregnancy (recall, they did this in 2021 on Valentine’s Day).

It was a great honor for me to celebrate Lilibet’s first birthday with her and my family! Joy and face painting around, – he signed the footage.

The post also included pictures from the party, which were invited friends Meghan and Harry. It is known that the portrait and other photos were taken at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, where Megan and Harry and their children lived for three days during their visit to London to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. Whether there were royal relatives at the children’s party is unknown.

Recall that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry became parents for the second time on June 4 – the couple had a daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. The baby became the 11th great-granddaughter of the Queen of Great Britain and the first niece of Kate Middleton and Prince William.

The public has never seen the baby live, and her great-grandmother Elizabeth II met her namesake Lilibet (as the future queen was called in childhood) only a couple of days ago. And the official image of the daughter of Megan and Harry appeared online only once – last Christmas. Then the couple shared a Christmas card, taking pictures with their entire family of four.
