Lina, thank you for choosing to communicate with HELLO.RU! The news that you are returning to the show “Reboot” on TNT was in the Telegram channels a little earlier than planned. Can we officially congratulate you now?
Yes! Very soon, on June 12, I will become the new stylist of the program and will be waiting for viewers on the air every Sunday at 9:30 am.
Why did you decide to take part in the show again?
To be honest, on the one hand, I can’t believe it, but on the other hand, as if it was expected. I have always been very passionate about this project, it has always suited me very well. This is probably why I was the co-host-stylist for the longest time. I spent four years on Reboot, and I seemed to have stopped in development, we could not give the viewer something new from the Wardrobe section in that format. I don’t like it when there is no development, and I left to work on my creativity and launch my own clothing brand. The channel and the team remained on excellent terms, and it seems to me that everyone inside knew that I would return sooner or later.
And now I had my own “Reboot”: I changed my image, matured internally and realized that I was ready for the next stage. And the channel had a desire to change something in the rubric and add a new program, and now both sides are mutually ripe for joint creativity. So we decided to restart the Wardrobe section together.
I was offered more creative freedom and independence in decision-making, and I agreed. To be honest, when the year of my “vacation” passed, I already missed the program and I know that the audience likes me too. Contrary to the proverb “You cannot enter the same river twice”, in practice it turned out differently. Moreover, you can go into the river at least ten times, if the working conditions are much more interesting and comfortable each time.

How will your first participation in “Reboot” be different from the second?
Now I am returning to the program in part in its own version 2.0. I came in 2016, being a young girl and not yet an experienced presenter, I had a co-host Ksenia Borodina in my section, and I always felt her support and partly influence. Now I have completely different tasks and opportunities in the program. I come more experienced and independent, and not a stylist who was offered to become a TV presenter. I have a lot of ideas, I know what I can give to the program and how to refresh it. Now I am freer in terms of content creation and I am not afraid to take risks, surprise with images. So you will see many bold decisions.
Let’s be honest, we’ve always had two top makeover shows in the country and I’m determined to make our makeover the most daring and versatile in terms of looks.
Who are your co-hosts?.
Now this is almost a golden composition: Ksyusha Borodina – our main host and inspiration for the heroines, Serdar, Zhenya Zhuk and Viktor Ponomarenko. This is just a dream team!
How did the team welcome you?
Awesome, I love my co-hosts. It seems to me that in general our atmosphere behind the scenes, jokes and stories would be drawn to a separate humorous program. We have a wonderful atmosphere now, and I’m glad about it.

Were there any difficulties on the set, given the current situation with the departure of many global brands from Russia? How do you generally feel about this and does it affect your work as a stylist?
I expected it to be worse. But in fact, I discovered a lot of Russian brands and was pleasantly surprised. They have become much more efficient and have to cooperate. Now many have the task of showing themselves and winning over consumers, so brands are willing to cooperate with me and with the program. It is difficult in the category of shoes and bags: there the shortage is felt more strongly. There are very few available and worthy in quality. And you can’t go wrong with accessories. But nothing – I think we can handle it!
Can we expect any more news from you this season?
You will see a lot of unexpected twists and turns in the show, a lot of touching moments. Picture change, nice new scenery and a lot more images from me. And most importantly, I want to share with the audience what is happening behind the scenes of our transformations. So, see my vlogs soon.
What are your personal plans? What to expect from you personally?
A couple of years ago, when the story with Yulia, our heroine without an arm, came out, I told my childhood story and touched on the important social topic of raising inclusive children and abuse. Then the audience asked me to tell my story in more detail, and I planned to write a book. This year I want to realize this task and release an autobiography. I am planning to launch my YouTube and Rutube channels, I know that many people are waiting for this. So the backstage of “Reloaded” will definitely fall into the vlog. I have a clothing brand The Date, which I launched while I had time, and now I am actively involved in it. And I am also building the strongest school in terms of education in the fashion world, StyleHunter, and doing a project for the Ministry of School Fashion, which brings up knowledge and interest in the fashion world in schoolchildren.
