This Tuesday, 29, Black Gil took to social media to share an emotional video of the moment they met Simony. Both were diagnosed with bowel cancer.
The meeting took place at the Sirio-Libanês Hospital, in São Paulo, where the daughter of Gilberto Gil remains hospitalized after surgery to remove the tumor.
The singers burst into tears as they embraced.
“I’ve been waiting for this meeting, Simony! You are pure light, your strength gives me strength, thank you for not letting go of my hand during this treatment!!!! I love you. Let’s receive together this cure that has already come to us!!”writes Preta in the publication.
