The dentist famous for treating celebrities died last Monday, 18, at the age of 35; the case is considered suspicious by the police

The influencer Diego Aguiarwho he says he is a friend of Raffaele Puglisistated that the dentist suffered from a depression. Known as the “celebrity dentist”, he died last Monday, aged 18, at the age of 35.
In a video posted on Instagram stories, Diego stated that depression was one of the causes of his friend’s death and specified that Puglisi “had been ill for a while”.
“I tried to cheer him up, some friends also tried to cheer him up. I wanted to make this video to warn you so that when you have this disease, you look for your friends,” the influencer said.
In a post on Puglisi’s official Instagram profile made on the day of his death, we read that the dentist died after “diving headfirst” into the pool and hitting his head. However, the death is considered suspicious by the police.
In police terms, “suspicious” is a death that has no obvious cause. If it is not clear whether it is a case of violence (homicide or suicide) or a natural death, it is considered suspicious.
In a note sent to Estadao On Thursday the 21st, the Secretary of Public Security of São Paulo stated that the case is still under investigation. See in full:
“As established by the regulation of the DGP Ordinance n. 14/2005 (art. 2) – in which cases of unnatural death must be registered with the character of “suspicious death” – the Civil Police registered the event as a suspicious death. “Then the victim, a 35-year-old man, was found dead near his swimming pool. The IML and IC reports were requested. Investigations by the 2nd DP of Barueri are underway, aimed at clarifying the facts.”
