Juan Collado, husband of Yadhira Carrillo who remains in the hospital, will continue his proceedings outside the prison, according to Gustavo Aquiles Villaseñor, the controlling judge of the Federal Center of Criminal Justice of the North Prison, the newspaper Reforma reported on the evening of the 21st. Collado will be released temporarily and must wear a bracelet electronic ankle.
The famous lawyer will have to follow the bail measures imposed by the judge, which include “the surrender of his passport and periodic display, without restriction of movement within the national territory and without payment of bail,” the newspaper said.
Juan Collado has been admitted to the Ángeles del Pedregal Hospital in Mexico City since June for the treatment of various health problems.
His legal team submitted an extensive medical report detailing his medical conditions, including “episodes of angina pectoris, systemic arterial hypertension and tri-vessel coronary disease,” the media reported.
