“When your father and mother received you, you were a boy. For some reason, which I don’t know, you were acting in a way, that you convinced yourself that you were not a boy. […] Then you turned to the doctor, to science, and science made you stop being a boy and become a girl. And people who go through this, today they call themselves transsexuals, that is, they have transferred their sex from male to female. But you can also be born a girl and you can want to be a boy “, said Silvio Santos.
“I can tell you that I have become happier,” Ava replied. “Exactly. If you are born male, but you are verifying that the years go by and you feel like a girl, you are suffering. If you want to get rid of that suffering and science allows it, you make the transformation and you are happy,” said the owner of SBT .
Then Ava replied: “Exactly, Silvio, you are doing a great service to Brazil”. The young lady also asked the audience for a round of applause for the presenter.
