The death of 46-year-old Jenean Chapman was discovered after she missed work
The former assistant Sarah Fergusonex-wife of Prince Andrew, was found strangled in her luxury apartment in Dallas, Texas. 46-year-old Jenean Chapman’s colleagues called the police after she was absent from work.
Jenean’s husband, James Michael Patrick, was arrested in the city of Austin two days after her death was confirmed. They had been married since July 2023 but, according to the Daily email, presented himself as single on social media. Also according to the newspaper, Jenean was a senior vice president of the company Critical Mass and was in the process of starting his own business.
Last Friday, the 29th, Sarah Ferguson, aunt of Princes Harry and William, mourned the death of her former assistant.
“I am shocked and saddened to learn that Jenean Chapman, who worked with me as a personal assistant many years ago, was murdered in Dallas at just 46 years old. A suspect is in custody. Jenean was loyal, hardworking, beautiful and funny and my heart is celebrating for his family and friends,” he wrote in a post on Instagram.
