A woman went viral earlier this week with a video complaining about how Karina and the pastor had dealt with the war.
Karin Bacchi defended herself, on the afternoon of this Thursday the 19th, against a woman’s accusation of having abandoned the group that accompanied her on a caravan headed to Israel. “I was the last to arrive, when most of the caravan had already arrived,” she told her followers live.
The influencer was one of the organizers, together with pastor Antônio Júnior, of the caravan that left Brazil and was headed to Egypt, the West Bank and Israel. According to Karina, they were already in Egypt when the war broke out in the neighboring country.
“With the directions and news we received, we went to Jordan. The moment we crossed the border, the border was closed,” he said.
The gospel influencer explained that the caravan could not return immediately, as there were 120 tickets that needed to be rescheduled. “Airlines were rescheduling flights based on availability,” she explained.
According to Karina, some people in the caravan chose to pay for the new tickets out of pocket and returned to Brazil early. She, however, says she decided to wait until everyone had finalized their destination.
Accusations

“We had no support from any of them. It was just commercial. Sometimes there was one sect or another, which only talked about motivation,” said the woman, who considered the trip not fulfilling her religious duty.
“We were in Egypt when everything started to catch fire, it really caught fire. Even so, they wanted to come to Jordan because it was all commercial, it was his birthday. We had to record his birthday here, the rose petals were falling while everyone dies and our families are desperate and want us to go back to Brazil. And they are here celebrating their birthdays.”
