In early April, three-time Grammy winner Olivia Rodrigo, 19, embarked on a European tour. The day before, she performed in Berlin and surprised fans by singing the English version of tAtu’s smash hit “I’m Crazy”. Judging by the video that appeared on the network after the show, the German fans of the star remember the text “All The Things She Said” by heart – the crowd sang along with Olivia in unison from the first seconds.

However, this is not the first time when foreign stars perform the songs of “tatushki”. For example, in 2020, the American singer Poppy also sang “All The Things She Said” and even shot a video clip for it. In January of this year, singer Halsey covered the same hit in a short video on social media. This is because the track is experiencing a new wave of popularity – not so long ago the song went viral on the Tik Tok social network (banned in the Russian Federation).

The track “I’ve lost my mind” was released in Russia in 2000 and became the first single of the infamous duo. Soon, in 2002, the “tatushki” album “200 in the opposite direction” was adapted for the English-speaking audience, and the song was called “All The Things She Said”. The composition blew up the European charts. It should be noted that to date the number of copies sold in the UK has reached 600,000 copies, and the video clip for the song has collected more than 319 million views.
