Ana Maria Braga’s daughter explains why she hasn’t given her newborn daughter a name yet

Mariana Maffeis, the presenter’s eldest daughter, had a fourth daughter at home

Ana Maria Braga’s eldest daughter, yoga teacher Mariana Maffeis, 40, gave birth to her fourth daughter at home and has decided not to choose a name for the newborn yet. She and her husband, Badarik Gonzalez, are waiting for the right time to name the little one. Until the child was born, the parents did not know what the sex would be.

On social media Mariana said that she will wait to feel her daughter’s energy to choose what to call her. “We are still guessing her name. I really appreciate everyone’s kind words,” she wrote.

Ana Maria Braga’s daughter is also the mother of Joana, 12, Maria, nine – both from her relationship with Paschoal Feola –, and Varuna, two, from her current marriage to Badarik Gonzalez.

“To be born into the world; how much courage. A birth is nothing compared to the decision to be here. How fortunate for us to have chosen us and undertaken the mission to reach us, to be with us. You are welcome, my daughter; now supported by energy of who there are many”, said Mariana.

“You have arrived in the comfort of your home, to a dark, calm and serene dawn; full of bright stars to greet you and watch over you. The child has arrived, magic. To be born is to be in body and spirit; pure courage. You were born!,” he celebrated.

The yoga teacher, who lives on a farm, away from the spotlight, shared moments of natural childbirth and praised the company of her husband, who photographed her during the birth.

“There is no time to delegate anything to anyone. There is time to assume forever and immediately what is and will always be uniquely ours: our humanity, our bodies and spirits, each in its divine role and respective leading role. Welcome, beautiful baby!,” he added.
