Montmartre ends Monday, October 27, 2025 on TF1! From 21:10, the first channel broadcasts the last two parts of the saga of the period. In these new episodes, Rose (Claire Romain) once again finds herself in a very delicate situation…
Beware, the following lines contain revelations about the end of Montmartre! If you don’t want to know what happens in the series, stop reading.
“I was tired!”
Celeste (Alice Dufour) and Arsene’s sister (Victor Meutle, who narrates an intimate scene between her character and Yuri) was actually manipulated by her mother-in-law after the tragic death of Charles (Mikael Mittelstadt, who tells us if she really paints on the screen). The Countess arranged for Rose to come and live in her castle and arranged for the young woman to abandon the baby at birth without her realizing it!
The scene in which Rose sees her baby stolen took a lot of effort from Claire Romain. He recalls AlloCiné: “The day we shot the birth scene, I had dinner with my brother-in-law. I was, but not really there… (laughs)“
“I’m tired! I used so much of my physical and psychological resources to interpret the moment when my child was taken away that I was completely moved afterwards. And at the same time, it was very formative for me as an actor… it was great– declares Claire Romain, who also told us about her grueling drowning scene.
“I’ve never had a baby in my arms”
Fortunately, Rose manages to get her son back at the end of Montmartre. With our microphone, Claire Romain finally recalls the production of these sections in the company of a real child, which was her first experience on the set: “The scene where Rose finds her son was a challenge for me.”
“I’ve never had it in my hands before Cat’s Eye Star explains. Then there is the explosion and so on. Also, I was wearing a kind of governess hat at the time. As a result, the first baby – we were able to play two – would not stop crying as soon as I approached! I didn’t know how to take it either, I was afraid of falling…“
“This shoot was a constant challenge, with the human experience (laughs). It took a lot of strength from me to be able to sort things out. But I learned lessons from him throughout my career– concludes Claire Romain.
Painful moments in Montmartre, episodes of which are available for free replay on the TF1+ platform.
