According to information from the site “Hello!”, Lady Penn died at the age of 97. She was one of Queen Elizabeth II’s friends. Over the years, Lady Penn has established a strong bond of friendship, as well as trust, with members of the Royal Family.
Also according to the portal, Charles III even asked his wife for advice on his relationship with Diana even before they got married. The current king vented to Lady Penn about the doubt whether he would have married Diana or not.
