Justice maintains ban on Virginia Fonseca’s life; WePink records ‘order cancellations’

The decision was published on Thursday 30th

Summary

The Court of Goiás maintained the ban on promoting WePink products on the waist of Virginia Fonseca, due to insufficient proven stocks, resulting in massive cancellations of orders and an increase in consumer complaints.

The Court of Goiás confirmed the decision that prevents Virginia Fonseca from withholding human lives to promote WePink products until it demonstrates that it has sufficient supplies to meet customer demand. According to the influencer’s defense, the injunction caused “general hysteria” among consumers, resulting in the cancellation of orders.

The decision was published on Thursday 30. In the appeal presented to the 7th Civil Chamber of Goiânia, the lawyers tried to revoke the ban by presenting various accusations, including the decline in sales. According to the numbers presented, around 8,862 orders were registered in August 2025, while between October 10 and 21 there were 6,102 cancellations.

“Considering the daily average, the cancellation rate practically doubled: it went from 285.87% daily in August to 554.73 in the period following the injunction, which represents an increase of approximately 94.05%. Maintaining this pace, the entire month would reach approximately 17,197 cancellations – almost double that observed in August”, explains the defense of Virginia.

However, Judge Fabiano Abel de Aragão Fernandes highlighted the high number of post-sale complaints. “In the last six months, 32,446 complaints were registered across the country, which represents a monthly average of 5,407 complaints and a daily average of 180 complaints,” he pointed out.

“Contrary to what they claim, at least in a superficial analysis of the complaint, the number of consumers harmed, in just six months, cannot be considered negligible. On the contrary, they give density to the accusations of abusive practices, convincing the contempt of the protection rules of the Consumer Protection Code”, underlined Aragão.
