Ana Hickmann x Alexandre Correa: Details of presenter’s divorce request leak, citing ‘fake legal business’

After being attacked by her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, Ana Hickmann tried speed up the divorce process under the Maria da Penha Law, but the request was rejected this week. Now, details of the court’s decision have been released by Splash, of UOL, and show the presenter’s accusations against the entrepreneur in relation to his assets.

According to the document released by Slash, Ana claims that there has been a breach of trust in the management of the couple’s businesses and other assets and, therefore, it is “a process of deterioration of the marriage”.

Ana’s representatives also reveal that they have discovered “spurious legal transactions” (by falsehood we mean illegitimate). According to the document, the presenter was not aware of the movements of the resources and she still does not identify the destination of the money, something very similar to the account you gave in an interview with “Domingo Espetacular”, broadcast last Sunday (26).

The request for divorce under the Maria da Penha Law was rejected by a judge of the 1st Criminal Court and for Domestic and Family Violence against Women of Itu and, now, the separation is being processed in the Family Court and City Succession.
