To date, Reynaldo has not commented on what happened and it is not known whether the content is authentic, modified or produced using artificial intelligence.
The provision, dissemination and transmission of scenes of sex, nudity or pornography, without the consent of the victim, is a crime punishable by imprisonment from one to five years.
The penalty is increased if it is proven that the crime was committed with the aim of revenge or humiliation, pursuant to art. 218-C of the Penal Code.
