Clara Gessinger, 30, married the Swede David Lidberg in Porto Alegre; the daughter sang with the musician in “Acústico MTV Engenheiros do Hawaii”
Humberto Gessinger surprised those present at his daughter’s wedding, Clara Gessinger, last Saturday, 6. During the party in Porto Alegre, while a group played Beatles covers in the arcodeon, none other than the singer of Engenheiros do Hawaii went on stage to give away a slice of cake. The musician sang eternal hits from his repertoire, such as Endless highwayto a lively audience.
Diego Dias, hired to play at the event, reveals the surprise: “I was hired to play Beatles No Acordeon at a wedding. Then the father of the bride decides to go on stage and have a little chat. Here is the father of the bride.. .”, he wrote on his X profile.

Clara is known among fans of the Porto Alegre band. She was honored by her father when she was born, with the song Satellite dishpresent in the album Gessinger, Licks & Maltz. Clara sings too Acoustic MTV Engenheiros in Hawaiisince 2004, in music Pose.
Trace February 13from Humberto Gessinger’s latest album, Four corners of a round world, was also dedicated to his daughter. The album was released in September 2023.
Today she lives in Stockholm, Sweden, where she met her husband.
